Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect on complex, enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience shaping solutions for UK public sector organisations or other complex, highly regulated environments.
• Strong track record in leading solution design and guiding implementation teams and stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem plus integration, data, cloud and security concepts.
• Experience supporting sales and pre-sales activities, including discovery and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions from discovery through delivery and operation.
• Translate business outcomes and operating needs into clear designs, roadmaps and priorities.
• Position Salesforce as the primary platform within end-to-end solutions and assess complementary technologies.
• Own architecture outputs, capturing assumptions, dependencies, risks and non-functional requirements.
• Provide governance during delivery and resolve complex cross-platform challenges.
• Guide technical and functional teams with standards, patterns and guardrails.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and communicate complex choices in business terms.
• Evaluate build/buy/reuse/integration options based on value, cost, risk and sustainability.
• Shape responsible data use, automation and AI to deliver measurable client value.
• Collaborate across multi-team environments, aligning Salesforce decisions with enterprise plans.
• Play a leading role in bids, pre-sales engagements and account growth with sales teams.
• Coach emerging architects and contribute reusable assets and lessons.
