Job summary

OSB Group is recruiting a Salesforce Principal Engineer to drive the Salesforce CRM platform across lending, savings, broker journeys and servicing. Roles can be based in London, Wolverhampton or Chatham with occasional travel between OSB Group locations.

You will shape the engineering strategy, design and deliver scalable, secure CRM solutions that support end-to-end customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding and servicing.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior technical role within banking or financial services.
• Extensive experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions within complex, regulated environments.
• Proven track record of building CRM platforms supporting financial products (e.g. lending, savings).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, and integration patterns (APIs, event-driven).

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the Salesforce CRM platform to support end-to-end customer journeys.
• Define and execute Salesforce/CRM engineering strategy aligned to business goals.
• Own design, build, testing, release, and platform operations for Salesforce solutions.
