Job summary

Dialpad is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to advance the native Salesforce integration and other critical apps. You will work with engineering, product, and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless unified experience. The role reports to the Engineering Manager and offers a London-based hybrid arrangement with 2–3 days in the office.

You will craft well-tested features, write clean code, and participate in code reviews while mentoring peers and contributing to Agentic AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Senior Software Engineer.

• Experience with backend language (Java or Python) and frontend (Vue or React).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience building integrations and ETL data pipelines.
• Agentic AI experience and use of AI coding assistants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Dialpad’s Salesforce integration.
• Contribute to other Dialpad integrations.
• Write architectural design and specifications.
• Develop well-tested features with test hooks and low defect rates.
• Write clean, modular code with unit tests.
• Participate in code reviews for quality and scalability.
• Assist with emerging Agentic AI technologies and initiatives.
• Represent the team as a technical expert and mentor others.
