Job summary

Noir is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to own the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions within a financial services environment. You will work with Product Owners, architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, secure, high-performance implementations.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on development across Apex, LWC, Aura and declarative Salesforce tools (Flow, Validation Rules).

• Salesforce Platform Developer certifications and familiarity with CI/CD/test automation are valuable.

Are you an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer looking to take ownership of complex platform development within a sophisticated financial services environment? This is an opportunity to design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, work across critical system integrations and help shape the technical direction of a business-critical platform.

Our client is an established financial services organisation with a strong focus on delivering tailored client solutions and building long-term relationships. As part of the technology team, you will work closely with Product Owners, architects, administrators and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions that balance usability, maintainability, security and performance.

You will design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow and platform APIs, while building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems. You'll also troubleshoot complex production issues, identify root causes and contribute to improving platform reliability, deployment pipelines, release practices and monitoring.

Beyond hands-on development, you'll play an important role in maintaining platform security and engineering standards. This includes implementing Salesforce security best practices, working within platform limitations, supporting CI/CD improvements and test automation, and mentoring other engineers to encourage knowledge sharing and high-quality development practices.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on development skills across Apex, LWC, Aura and declarative Salesforce tools, including Flow and Validation Rules. Experience building Salesforce integrations is essential, with financial services experience being a key requirement. Salesforce Platform Developer certifications, familiarity with JIRA, Agile methodologies, CI/CD and test automation will also be valuable.
