Job summary

Valtech is seeking a motivated Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to join a global Luxury Maison’s Salesforce CRM Factory. You’ll develop, maintain, and improve Salesforce Core CRM capabilities powering omnichannel retail and luxury clienteling worldwide.

You’ll work under a Senior Tech Lead in a structured delivery environment, applying strong engineering practices while growing your platform expertise. 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience is required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Apex (triggers, classes) and Lightning Web Components.
• Familiar with declarative tools: Flows, Validation Rules, Permissions Sets.
• Unit testing with good coverage; CI/CD tooling knowledge.
• Excellent English communication; Agile/SAFe experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce features end-to-end including Apex, LWC and declarative solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and support CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver fixes within SLAs.
• Collaborate with nearshore/offshore teams and Paris-based product squads.
• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement and technical docs.
