Job summary

Mason Frank International is seeking a Salesforce Commerce Architect to lead end-to-end design for Commerce Cloud implementations across enterprise brands. You will define scalable architectures, guide delivery teams, and ensure security and performance while aligning with business goals.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across CRM, OMS, PIM, ERP and marketing, mentor teams, and shape technology roadmaps within a global Salesforce practice.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect or Commerce Architect.
• Strong Salesforce Commerce Cloud expertise.
• Experience with API-led architectures and microservices.
• Proven leadership of large Salesforce transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations.
• Define scalable, cloud-native architectures across the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership across delivery teams, ensuring quality and architectural governance.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and key enterprise platforms including CRM, OMS, PIM, CDP, ERP, and Marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape technology roadmaps and digital commerce strategies.
• Support platform modernisation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and operational requirements.
• Mentor technical teams and provide architectural oversight throughout delivery.
