Job summary

Heathrow is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of Commerce Cloud and Order Management solutions within our Digital & Technology team. You will ensure secure, scalable and high‑performing platforms that support Heathrow’s retail and service operations, while aligning with enterprise standards.

You will influence architectural decisions, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to expand Heathrow’s digital journey and passenger experience.

Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce Architect with Commerce Cloud and Order Management expertise.
• Strong Salesforce platform architecture, integration patterns and security.
• Hands-on API design, data modelling and integrations experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Order Management architecture.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Guide development teams on best practices and integration patterns.
• Maintain architectural docs including data models and security frameworks.
• Assess new Salesforce features and third‑party tools for value.
