Job summary

Schroders seeks a Principal Business Analyst to drive technology design and delivery across complex change programs. You will influence senior stakeholders, shape end-to-end business requirements, and ensure measurable value through robust analysis and governance.

You will partner with Product Leads and cross-functional teams, applying experience in Salesforce and diverse SDLC methodologies to de-risk delivery and accelerate benefits for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering technology change in financial services.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical toolkit with process modelling and diagrams.
• Salesforce Platform Administrator certification as a minimum.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis across complex change and pre-project initiatives.
• Shape and validate end-to-end business requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Leads and senior stakeholders across domains.
• Drive proof-of-value and rapid testing to de-risk delivery.
• Support data integration across Salesforce and other platforms.
• Harness emerging AI capabilities to enhance productivity and client engagement.
