Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and business functions.
• Design scalable solutions leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI capabilities.
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Provide architectural governance and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define and implement integration strategies between Salesforce and enterprise apps using APIs and middleware.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and solution assessments to ensure quality and security.
• Drive Salesforce performance optimization and reliability initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide strategic recommendations.
• Mentor developers and technical leads on Salesforce development standards.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders including leadership.
