Responsibilities

• Own and evolve our Salesforce platform architecture across multiple business areas.
• Define architecture standards, design principles, and technical governance frameworks.
• Lead solution design for complex initiatives and provide technology roadmaps.
• Drive integration architecture across Salesforce, APIs, MuleSoft, and data platforms.
• Ensure platform integrity across data architecture, security, and release management.
• Champion DevOps and CI/CD practices, including automated testing and deployment.
• Evaluate AI capabilities such as Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce.
• Provide architectural guidance to engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture to align with wider strategies.
• Mentor technical teams and promote architectural excellence.
