Corpay Inc. is seeking a Salesforce CRM Administrator to join our Cross Border team in London. You will own and optimize the Salesforce platform across Sales and Service Cloud, manage users, profiles, flows, and dashboards, and work with stakeholders to improve efficiency.

This onsite role reports to our London office, with workspace and equipment provided, plus formal hands-on training. A strong background in admin config, data quality, and Salesforce releases is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Salesforce Admin experience.
• Strong experience with Sales and Service Cloud and data model.
• Proficient in Flow Builder and automation.

Responsabilités

• Administering and maintaining the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Designing, building, and optimizing Salesforce Flows and automation processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Managing user accounts, create and update - profiles, validation rules, flows, process builders, reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce platform issues, working closely with stakeholders.
• Performing data quality checks and data cleansing tasks to ensure accurate records.
• Conducting appropriate analysis of existing Salesforce data to help identify patterns and aid in data quality improvements.
• Monitoring Salesforce releases and apply new features to keep the system updated.
• Providing recommendations for process improvements based on analysis of Salesforce data.
• Supporting end users with troubleshooting, training, and documentation to drive adoption across departments.
