Your role will also involve promptly following up on inbound leads, ensuring all opportunities are nurtured effectively to hand off to the sales team. Senior Sales Development Representative (Payroll Services) - Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target potential clients within payroll bureaus and SME payroll functions using a combination of research, outbound calls, emails, and personalised outreach strategies.
  • Outbound Activities: Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers, nurture interest, and create opportunities for the sales team.
