Foxtons Estate Agents is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator in the Berkshire area to own the viewing process end-to-end, conduct rapid feedback, and drive new business. You will lead valuations, market appraisals, investor relationships, and proactive diary management, while delivering polished viewings and precise letting documentation.

The role requires a customer-first mindset, resilience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in the property industry.
• Background in sales or business generation.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and a hunger to achieve.
• A customer-first mindset and natural people skills.
• Excellent communication - written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• IT confidence.
• A full, clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.

About The Role

Foxtons is looking for a Senior SalesNegotiator to join our sister company - Michael Hardy!

What you'll be doing:

• Owning the viewing process end-to-end - booking, conducting, and delivering same-day client feedback that builds trust and wins business
• Booking valuations and gathering the kind of background insight that helps us stand out from our competition
• Carrying out market appraisals
• Nurturing strong investor relationships and unlocking new opportunities
• Managing your diary like a pro, ensuring no opportunity is ever missed
• Handling email inboxes with speed, accuracy, and a customer-first approach
• Delivering polished, confident property viewings that reflect our brand standards
• Preparing new let documentation with precision and efficiency

Hours of work

• 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Thursday
• 8:30am to 5:30pm Friday
• 9am to 1pm every fourth Saturday on a rota basis
