Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator to join our Gascoigne-Pees residential sales team in Horsham. This role offers industry-leading training, a clear career ladder and exposure to Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, and New Homes.

You will deliver exceptional service, generate valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion.

Your Role as an Senior Sales Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:

• Generating and booking property valuations
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
• Maximising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
