Job summary

Howards Estate Agents in Lowestoft is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to drive new business, match buyers with their perfect home and negotiate offers while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.

This role offers uncapped commission, industry training and clear career progression within a high-performing team. You should have a Full UK Driving Licence, a proactive approach, strong IT skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual vehicle).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with buyers and vendors and arrange property viewings.

• Door-knocking and leaflet distribution.

• Liaising with prospective venders and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
• Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
