Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is seeking a confident Senior Sales Negotiator for its East Grinstead team. The role focuses on client service, arranging viewings, negotiating offers and driving new business within residential sales.

The ideal candidate will be articulate, motivated and adept at building relationships with vendors and buyers, while managing viewings and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator in residential property.
• Handling buyer enquiries, registering applicants and arranging viewings.
• Proven ability to negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Generating new business through follow-up, referrals and proactive activity.
• Builds strong relationships with vendors, buyers and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track compliance related to gas safety, EPCs and certificates.
• Coordinate maintenance from initial report to completion and invoicing.
• Conduct property inspections and produce detailed reports.
• Oversee end-of-tenancy processes including check-outs and deposit returns.
• Maintain up-to-date property and compliance records in the CRM.
• Liaise with landlords and tenants to provide updates and service.

A successful independent estate agency is looking for a confident and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join its East Grinstead team, offering excellent customer service, arranging property viewings, generating new business and helping clients achieve successful property sales.

Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum

This is a varied sales role for an articulate and motivated negotiator who enjoys working with buyers and sellers, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and building strong relationships while developing their career within the property industry.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Manage and track all statutory compliance including Gas Safety, EICRs, and EPCs
• Coordinate maintenance issues from initial report through to completion and invoicing
• Conduct routine property inspections and produce detailed reports
• Oversee end-of-tenancy processes including check-outs, deposit returns, and dispute support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and compliance records within the CRM system
• Liaise with landlords and tenants to provide updates and ensure a high level of customer service
