Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential estate agency sales, ideally at Senior Negotiator level.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and converting valuations into instructions.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing and closing skills.
• Confident managing the sales process from offer through to completion.
• Strong commercial awareness and business development ability.
• Professional communication skills with a confident and engaging manner.
• Self-motivated, organized and proactive, with the ability to take initiative.
• Smart, articulate and well-presented.
• Knowledge of Chipping Norton and the surrounding area desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and own car required.
