The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while managing sales pipelines, from registering new clients to negotiating offers. This role includes training opportunities to advance skills in property valuations and estate agency processes.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team in our Bingley office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing close contact with those wishing to buy a property and vendors who want to sell their property, and provide an excellent customer service experience for both potential purchasers' and existing clients'.
As a Senior Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for registering new sellers and purchaser details and assessing their needs, assisting in marketing and advertising any properties, dealing with phone and email queries, liaising with all interested parties, negotiate and agree offers to sale agreed, progress sales through to exchange of contracts and completion, and keep administration records updated.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the estate agency industry and will hold a full driving licence.
