Job summary

Connells Group UK is seeking a Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator for our Ashford branch. The role focuses on generating valuations, arranging viewings, negotiating offers and guiding sales to exchange and completion.

The position offers an uncapped commission structure, competitive base salary, and opportunities for career progression within a supportive environment, with options for a company car or car allowance.

Qualifications

• Preferably an experienced sales person.
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

Your role as a Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
