Job summary

Connells Group UK in Ashford is seeking a Senior Estate Agent to join our residential sales team. You will drive valuations, conduct viewings and negotiate offers, progressing sales to completion with a strong focus on client care.

• Experience in selling or negotiating in a sales environment.

• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.

• Generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.
• Agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor as required.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and follow up with clients.

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator

• Preferably an experienced sales person
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
