Job summary

Eurofins Uk Forensic Services is seeking a Sales Manager for the Midlands Tamworth site to drive strategic sales plans in the workplace drug testing market. You will lead the sales team, forecast targets, and align activities with the Business Line strategy to double the customer base over four years while achieving EBIT growth.

The role requires extensive market knowledge, people management experience in sales, and the ability to build strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the workplace drug testing market.
• Experience in people management in sales roles with a track record of sales growth.
• Ability to forecast, set annual sales quotas and drive EBIT growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and meet growth targets.
• Forecast and establish sales objectives, quotas and projected profit for products.
• Provide line management to sales staff, addressing training and development needs and performance.
