Eurofins Uk Forensic Services is seeking a Sales Manager for the Midlands Tamworth site to drive strategic sales plans in the workplace drug testing market. You will lead the sales team, forecast targets, and align activities with the Business Line strategy to double the customer base over four years while achieving EBIT growth.
The role requires extensive market knowledge, people management experience in sales, and the ability to build strong customer partnerships.
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join our fantastic Workplace Drug Testing (WDT) Sales team based out of our Midlands site in Tamworth. This is a truly exciting time to begin or continue your career with our first-class business, as a Sales Manager, you will establish, plan and implement strategies for the development and delivery of all sales activities in alignment with the Business Line strategy in Eurofins- Workplace drug testing Sector.
Due to the sensitive nature of our work, this role will require the successful candidate to achieve NPPV3 + Security Clearance (SC). To be eligible, you must have 5 years’ continuous UK residency.
As part of the vetting process, you’ll be asked to provide information about your background, including your employment and address history, financial circumstances and details of close family or partners. These checks are carried out to ensure individuals accessing police data, systems and sites are trustworthy and suitable for the role.
Factors such as criminal convictions, financial difficulties or associations that may pose a risk could affect your ability to gain clearance. However, each application is assessed on an individual basis, and honesty throughout the process is essential.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base with the objective to double in size within 4 years whilst also meeting agreed EBIT growth objectives, along with achieving growth and meeting sales targets by successfully managing sales executives and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses.
You will also be accountable for establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Manage staff in accordance with organisational policies and applicable regulations. Provide line management to team members, address training and development needs, evaluate performance and provide appraisal.
