This role is within the Adapt team—a pioneering group redefining our approach to business. Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide seamless sales support, ensuring continuity and effectiveness in sales operations, while driving revenue across Amazon Ads as a Senior Sales Manager.
  2. Travel within the UK primarily to meet customer locations and/or across EU5 when supporting assignments, with up to 50% travel expected.
  3. Generate advertising revenue through direct sales to ad agencies and advertisers, focusing on objective-led selling across Streaming TV and other brand-building advertising solutions.
  4. Be a proactive hunter, uncovering opportunities and connecting them with value-adding solutions.
  5. Influence buying decisions to increase revenue from existing advertisers and develop new revenue streams.
  6. Establish credible relationships with agencies and decision-makers in the TV and digital landscape.
About the Team

Amazon Adapt offers coverage solutions for business gaps caused by extended leave or unexpected account transitions, deploying highly skilled, agile talent to ensure uninterrupted customer investment in Amazon Advertising. The program maintains high standards for customer service, strategic partnerships, and revenue during coverage gaps.

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience building client and agency relationships.
  • Experience closing sales and generating revenue.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
  • Business fluency in at least two languages, including English and Italian, French, or Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Strong negotiation skills and successful relationship management.
  • Experience with TV/STV/Video ad sales or agency knowledge of digital marketplaces and the video landscape.
  • Experience in fast-paced, technology-driven sales environments.
