Senior Sales Manager - Europe (Excl. DACH & France) | Luxury Lifestyle Brand | West London | Hybrid

The Opportunity:

An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join one of the most distinctive and design-led brands in the luxury lifestyle space. Known for its imaginative products, premium positioning, and devoted global following, the brand is entering an exciting phase of international growth-and Europe is a top strategic priority.

We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead commercial development across all European markets excluding DACH and France, with a primary focus on the Nordics, Italy, Iberia, and Benelux, alongside broader high-potential EU territories. Reporting into the Head of EU Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in driving regional performance, shaping strategy, building the brand's premium presence, and leading a growing team both within the territory and at the London HQ. This role is London based but there will be frequent travel to the Europe required.

This is an ideal role for a commercially astute, relationship-driven leader with experience in luxury or premium consumer goods and a passion for brand storytelling and market execution.

The Role:

  • Lead the regional sales strategy across Europe (excluding DACH & France), prioritising the Nordics, Italy, Iberia, Benelux, and wider EU markets.
  • Manage and develop a strong network of distributors, agents, and key retail partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards and growth objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a growing sales team both across the territory and at the London office, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.
  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities with established and emerging retailers in premium and luxury channels.
  • Oversee brand presence through standout physical activations-shop-in-shops, pop-ups, and showroom initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to deliver locally relevant, brand-consistent go-to-market plans.
  • Represent the business at trade shows, regional events, and partner meetings across Europe.
  • Present strategic plans and performance insights to the Head of EU Sales, Chief Commercial Officer, and senior leadership.
  • Contribute to broader EU sales leadership conversations, sharing insights and best practices across teams and markets.

The Person:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, business development, or international account management across European markets.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and growing sales teams both remotely and in-office.
  • Strong track record in managing distributors, agents, and retail partnerships across multiple countries.
  • Experience in luxury or premium consumer goods-such as gifting, lifestyle, interiors, fashion, or accessories.
  • Deep understanding of retail dynamics in the Nordics, Italy, Iberia, Benelux, and wider European regions.
  • Commercially strategic and operationally strong, with the confidence to influence at senior levels.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages (Nordic, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, etc.) highly desirable.
  • Collaborative, curious, highly organised, and passionate about bringing premium brands to life in market.
  • Able to travel regularly across Europe and thrive in a hybrid role based out of the West London HQ.
