Hilton Birmingham Metropole is seeking a Senior Sales Manager with proven experience in sales and hospitality. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will support the development and execution of key growth sales strategies within the Groups/MICE market and drive revenue for the hotel.
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will have a proven track record in the MICE market and the ability to proactively source new direct and agency business, as well as grow existing relationships within a pre-determined vertical and portfolio of accounts, to help meet the hotel’s overall budget. You will lead research activities for our L&D and BBOB business, allocating these activities vertically to the team.
You will build strong relationships with the Hilton Worldwide Sales team across regions and participate in Hilton initiatives to promote the hotel globally.
The role is target-driven by revenue and monitored through customer contact activities. It requires travel, flexibility in working hours and location, and the ability to manage time and resources remotely.
