- Professional, commercially driven with focus on customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a clear, data-driven sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the retail and commercial sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
- Oversee the full sales pipeline, ensuring forecasting and conversion performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, developers, contractors, trade partners, and repeat customers.
- Support and attend exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events.
- Promote the product range and communicate its benefits across sales activity.
- Monitor market trends and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Produce clear commercial reports indicating performance and growth opportunities.
