Qualifications

• 5-7 years of sales leadership experience.
• Strong CRM, pipeline management and outbound sales experience.
• Proven coaching, people-management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team with accountability and KPI focus.
• Set team objectives aligned to targets and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Conduct regular reviews, coaching sessions and improvement plans as needed.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development as the team grows.
• Own and analyse KPIs including pipeline value, conversions and revenue.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure timely follow-ups to prevent stalled deals.
• Produce management reports on activity, pipeline health and outcomes.
• Develop opportunities with design professionals, channel partners and key accounts.
