Job summary

Network Scientific Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the chemical and physical testing division. You will inherit an existing portfolio and a strong pipeline, while guiding a small team and personally closing key opportunities.

The role focuses on driving revenue, refining sales strategy, and maintaining robust client relationships across Pharma, Food & Beverage, Cosmetics and related sectors. Hybrid office work in Hampshire is available.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience selling technical products/services to R&D, QA/QC, engineering, scientific decision-makers.
• Experience managing and leading sales teams.
• Hands-on, practical with strong accountability.
• Proficient in using CRM and sharing best practices for housekeeping.
• Experience in scientific instruments, analytical services, contract testing or materials testing is highly relevant.
• Skilled in coaching salespeople and extracting best performance from a team.

Responsibilities

• Inherit existing customer accounts and a strong pipeline; lead a small sales team.
• Manage accounts and develop new business.
• Ensure CRM hygiene; pipeline inspection and forecasting.
• Drive revenue by targeting verticals, strategic accounts and high‑value opportunities.
• Protect existing revenue, maintain client relationships and win warm opportunities.
• Build a repeatable, well‑run sales operation with discipline and accountability.
