Senior Sales Executive | £35-38k + Comms | London / Hybrid

The Client:
Based out of their central London office, this business is known across the UK and the rest of the world. They’ve organised exhibitions, summits, and conferences for almost two decades. With that in mind, they certainly know what they’re doing and have won plenty of awards!
They specialise in arranging pre-qualified 1-2-1 style meetings between c-suite executives and buyers and sellers. They also host conferences to discuss key industry topics with these high-level individuals.
The Position:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle, including generating your own leads, building relationships, creating proposals, and closing opportunities. The hard work is down to you, and the rewards are yours.
This business offers in-depth training to equip you with the skills to deliver the best results and continue your career development. The company is continually growing, offering plenty of progression opportunities.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with lapsed and current clients and forge new relationships, selling sponsorship packages, 1-2-1 meetings, and data to your clients.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, ambitious, and experienced in sales, ideally from a delegate background.
This role is hybrid, with three days a week in the office.

We’re looking for someone with delegate sales experience who knows how to generate new business, close sales, and build relationships. Someone comfortable with KPIs and eager to progress their career. The sales values are likely higher on average, so adaptability and a willingness to learn are essential.
