Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is helping to recruit a Senior Sales Executive in Belfast for a leading gas solutions business. You will own cylinder gas sales, manage key accounts, and expand the customer base across dealer and commercial sectors.

The role requires at least 5 years of sales experience, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work independently. Benefits include a company car, pension, private health, and generous holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience.
• Strong account management and customer relationship abilities.
• Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• A full, clean driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of and drive sales of cylinder gas products.
• Manage and develop existing customer relationships to ensure high retention and service excellence.
• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in dealer and commercial sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with Trading Managers and Business Development Managers.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute dealer development initiatives and drive sales growth.
• Monitor competitor activity and produce regular reports for management, contributing market intelligence.
• Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated approach in achieving sales targets and identifying new areas for growth.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system, contributing to effective reporting and planning.

About Your New Job

As the Senior Sales Executive, you will:
