What you'll do

You will provide high-level technical support to Puzzel's sales team (Account Executives) and customers. You will be responsible for building the right solution, specifying the solution design, and verifying achievable integrations. As the main source of technical knowledge, you'll guide prospects and internal teams on Puzzel's evolving solutions.

The must-haves

  • Demonstrate the entire Puzzel platform and partner products with proficiency and style during customer meetings.
  • Create High-Level Design / Low-Level Design and Solution Design Documents (SDD) that meet customer requirements for successful sign-off and implementation.
  • Provide key pre-sales technical and solution support, taking ownership of solution design.
  • Support the sales team with technical insights, demonstrations, best practices, and innovative ideas to craft winning proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-cultural relations internally and externally.
  • Be the single point of contact for the sales teams, providing guidance on Puzzel products, solutions, and roadmap developments.
  • Provide market-validated feedback to the product department.
  • Lead technical responses to RFI’s and tenders.
  • Build internal relations across departments like Products, Operations, and Delivery.
  • Champion solutions that meet customer needs and are future-proof.
  • Promote best practices in CC solution implementation and competitor analysis.

What we're looking for

  • Confident presenter and stakeholder engager.
  • 3+ years in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or related consultative roles within SaaS environments.
  • Experience in CCaaS or CX industry.
  • Passion for technical product understanding.
  • Ability to maintain relevant technical knowledge for meaningful prospect conversations.

The location

Our UK team is remote-first, with an office in London near Liverpool Street.
