Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant 2 / Concierge Security Engineer 2 to join our Newcastle team. You will work with senior engineers on real client projects, respond to security incidents, and create documentation to support customer environments.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in cybersecurity, familiarity with network security, cloud infra, SaaS tools, and risk management, plus strong English communication and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity or related IT fields.
• Familiarity with network security, cloud infrastructure, SaaS tools, and identity management.
• Exposure to risk and vulnerability management.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving.
• Team player eager to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior cybersecurity engineers and contribute to real-world client projects.
• You are the customer’s point of contact for inquiries regarding security incidents reported by our SOC and you analyze structural weaknesses of the customer.
• Help create technical reports and documentation to support customer environments.
• Troubleshoot security and technical issues with guidance from your team.
• Share basic security best practices with non-technical contacts.
• Build professional, trust-based relationships with customers.
• Analyze logs and events to identify patterns or potential threats.
• Continuously develop your skills through mentoring and hands-on experience.
