Job summary

Camunda is hiring a Sales Engineer to demonstrate the value of Camunda and guide organizations planning to automate core business processes. You will accompany prospects in product evaluation, handle technical questions, and drive presales interactions to achieve a win.

You will work with Account Executives and Solution Architects, conducting PoCs and deep technical discussions, qualifying opportunities, and shaping a sales strategy for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven sales engineering experience with sales cycles and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English at C1/C2 level, plus another regional language.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Map customer requirements to Camunda product portfolio.
• Position business value of Camunda to customers.
• Develop evaluation plans and demos for prospects.
• Conduct product demos and Q&A sessions.
• Support RFI/RFP responses and pre-sales processes.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to grow accounts.
• Organize and execute pre-sales engagements.
• Implement code snippets and create pre-sales content.
