To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Director to join our London-based commercial team.

Role Overview

As a Senior Sales Director, you will play a key leadership role in accelerating new business acquisition across the UK and DACH markets. You’ll work with leading asset managers and alternative investment firms to deliver bespoke fund administration, accounting, and regulatory solutions.

This is a strategic, high-impact role suited to a seasoned sales professional with deep industry knowledge and a strong network in the fund services space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development in the UK and DACH regions, targeting private equity, real estate, hedge fund, and institutional clients
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of fund administration opportunities
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution design, proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiation
  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships with CFOs, COOs, fund managers, and institutional stakeholders
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and client forums
  • Collaborate with internal delivery, product, and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment
  • Provide market intelligence and contribute to go-to-market strategies across key verticals

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 7+ years of sales or business development experience in fund administration, fund services, or financial services outsourcing
  • Proven track record of winning large, multi-jurisdictional mandates
  • Deep understanding of private capital structures, hedge funds, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong network across the UK and DACH asset management community
  • Ability to structure complex solutions and lead executive-level engagements
  • Commercially driven, relationship-focused, and fluent in managing long sales cycles
  • Fluency in German is a strong advantage, but not required
