About the Company

We are a universal API integrations platform sold to Mid-Market and Enterprise SaaS vendors. With a team of ex-Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Coinbase, and JP Morgan talent, we've raised over $24M from top-tier investors and scaled to a global team of 20+. We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our sales efforts, introduce our platform to potential customers, and book meetings with key decision-makers.

About the Role

As a Senior SDR, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to and engaging with potential customers, scheduling meetings, and driving new business. You’ll introduce our platform to SaaS industry leaders, prospect, nurture leads, and explain complex technical products clearly. This role offers a chance to contribute directly to our sales pipeline and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Outreach Strategy: Design and execute outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate and qualify leads, using personalization and technical knowledge.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build relationships with prospects, keep them engaged, follow up professionally, and secure meetings.
  • Technical Product Understanding: Understand and communicate our platform's integrations and technical value, explaining complex concepts simply.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Track metrics like response rates and conversion rates, and optimize outreach efforts accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: 1-3 years in outbound sales or business development in tech, SaaS, or HR tech, with a record of engaging prospects and booking meetings.
  • Technical Mindset: Ability to discuss complex products and simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter & Independent: Comfortable working remotely, managing time independently, and motivated to hit sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills to build rapport at all levels.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organised: Skilled in tracking prospects, follow-ups, and managing outreach processes.
  • Passionate About Sales & Growth: Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the company's success.

Pay range and compensation package

  • 25 days holiday + 1 additional day per year of service
