Our client, a leading provider of affordable housing solutions, is seeking a
Senior Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team in Farringdon. This is a pivotal role responsible for delivering the sales budget and ensuring a seamless, customer-focused experience throughout the property sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the resales process, working closely with internal sales consultants and external contractors to ensure properties are marketed in line with policy, eligibility, and compliance standards.
- Champion a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication and support for all prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisers and solicitors, monitoring service levels and supporting the sales progression process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to review and maintain accurate, effective, and compliant property listings.
- Represent the organisation at housing events and exhibitions, promoting the brand and its property offerings.
- Ensure high levels of satisfaction among customers and stakeholders through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
- Support the Senior Agency Sales Manager with additional duties aligned with the scope of the role.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Proven experience in a sales and customer service environment, ideally within the property or housing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the property sales process, including shared ownership and outright sales.
- Strong understanding of legal and compliance aspects related to property transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer care.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong IT and numerical literacy
