As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the success and growth, covering areas such as Bushey, Radlett, Totteridge, and Elstree. You will be managing the valuation and sales of properties in Hertfordshire and Barnet. This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can demonstrate a deep understanding of the local property market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding service.

Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Consultant:

  • Conduct accurate property valuations and provide clients with expert advice on market conditions.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate and close sales transactions to achieve optimal outcomes for both sellers and buyers.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Commission
  • Weekend by appointment only

Requirements of the Senior Sales Consultant:

  • Proven experience in valuing and selling properties.
