Job summary

REISS in Reading is seeking a Senior Sales Associate on a permanent basis to support day-to-day store operations and drive sales targets. You will motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service in a premium environment and help ensure KPIs are met.

What’s this role about?

As part of our Retail team, you’ll be joining our store in Readingas our Senior Sales Associate on a permanent basis. You’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the store and motivating team members to ensure all sales and operational goals are met and exceeded.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the opening and closing of the store
