As a Senior Sales Associate in their Mayfair flagship boutique, you will be a key member of the team. Your ability to engage with clientele and style, generating significant sales, will be essential.

The Role:

• Conducting daily 1:1 appointments with clients, both new and existing
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, including VIPs and celebrities
• Demonstrating a deep understanding of styling, tailoring needs, and lookbook curations
• Exceeding sales targets and KPIs, individually and as a team
• Possessing strong knowledge of products, collections, and brand campaigns
• Coaching, training, and motivating fellow Sales Associates
• Using cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales
• Maintaining the luxury image of the boutique environment at all times

About You:

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a luxury womenswear brand
• Strong styling and look curation skills
• Proven track record of exceeding targets
• Immaculate presentation and polished demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Deep understanding of luxury sales, market trends, and industry news
• Warm, personable, and humble personality

The Package:

• Basic salary of £38,000 per annum
• Excellent commission structure and earning potential
