A famous British footwear brand in Reading is looking for a Senior Sales Assistant to lead their store team. This role involves achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing store operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail and leadership skills. The position is part-time, requiring 24 hours per week, with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

We are looking for an engaging and responsible Senior Sales Assistant to lead the diverse team at our Reading store.
Our Senior Sales Assistants do everything our Sales Assistants & Keyholders do. You will continue delivering a seamless and consistent customer experience, now acting as a role model and coach to the team. As a trusted member of the management team you will play a more prominent and pivotal role in ensuring both the team and business needs are always met. This role is the first pivotal step in developing your people management and operational skills within retail.
This role is 24 hours per week. Shifts will be varied across 7 days and you may be asked to help cover the management team’s holidays at times.
