Job summary

Jewson in Leiston is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Advisor to join our branch team and drive excellent customer service. You will develop relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide proactive advice to deliver the best experience possible.

You will use in-house systems to process orders and coordinate deliveries, while gaining knowledge of the local market to help plan growth and meet targets. A strong sales background and excellent communication are essential.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales Advisor to join our friendly branch, in Leiston.

Our Senior Sales Advisor's are an important contributor to the teams shared success and an essential part of our customers positive experience with us.

Hours: 07:30-17:00 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8am-12pm

WhatYou’llBe Doing

• Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions.
• Develop great relationships with new and existing Customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible.
• Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth
• Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
