Responsibilities

• To provide and coordinate services for students’ social, emotional, academic and mental health needs, overcoming challenges and barriers that affect students’ learning and wellbeing.
• To lead on complex case analysis, attendance, planning, recording and report writing.
• To support the Pastoral, Attendance and SEND teams in their work with vulnerable students.
• To safeguard children and young people as part of our Designated Safeguarding Lead team.
