Job summary

La Fosse Associates seeks a Senior Safeguarding Consultant to lead the design and embedding of a modern safeguarding framework across a national charity and professional body. You will drive governance, policies and assurance, ensuring safeguarding is integrated into programmes, events and international activity.

Qualifications

• Senior safeguarding leadership or advisory experience.
• Track record of reviewing and implementing organisation-wide safeguarding frameworks.
• Understanding of Charity Commission safeguarding expectations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead an initial discovery phase to review safeguarding arrangements and define a prioritised implementation roadmap.
• Strengthen safeguarding policies, governance, escalation processes and partner oversight in line with regulatory requirements.
• Embed safeguarding into programme delivery, events, risk assessments and third-party partnerships.
