Hackajob Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced SAFe leader to drive agile transformation as a Release Train Engineer within a software delivery environment. The role emphasizes coaching, PI Planning, and cross-functional collaboration to optimise value flow.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAFe leadership experience.
• Proven agile coaching capability.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management.
• SAFe RTE and Leading SAFe accreditation.
• 2+ years as a Release Train Engineer in software delivery.
• Experience with Scrum and scaled agile frameworks (SAFe).
• Proven people leadership and coaching experience.
• Experience facilitating PI Planning and scaled agile events.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and agile transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Delivery Stream (PDS) scaled agile events.
• Coach leaders and teams on SAFe ways of working.
• Optimise the flow of value to customers.
• Enable the LACE transformation roadmap and cascade improvements.
• Organise and lead PI Planning events with alignment on objectives, priorities and dependencies.
• Monitor progress, resolve impediments, manage risks and stakeholder engagement, and facilitate key scaled agile events including PDS Syncs and System Demos.
• Lead and mentor Scrum Masters while coaching leaders and teams, fostering collaboration and agile maturity.
• Drive improvements in the flow of value across the PDS by removing bottlenecks and reducing WIP.
• Foster a culture of learning and improvement through Inspect and Adapt sessions.
