Job summary

Talent Locker Ltd. is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer to coordinate delivery across a SAFe portfolio and lead a group of Scrum Masters in a hybrid Bournemouth role.

You will facilitate PI Planning, inspect & adapt workshops and system demos, coach teams to higher Agile maturity, and remove impediments, while partnering with Product Managers, Architects and senior stakeholders to improve delivery speed and predictability.

Qualifications

• Experience as Release Train Engineer or senior Scrum Master coordinating multiple Agile teams.
• Proven ability to coach and develop Scrum Masters and Agile teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Servant leadership mindset with continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, System Demos and other scaled events.
• Coach Scrum Masters and Agile teams to maturity and capability.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks and impediments to keep delivery on track.
• Improve flow by removing bottlenecks and driving continuous improvement.
• Support evolution of Agile ways of working across the technology function.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align priorities and delivery.
