Job summary

Olo is a leading restaurant technology provider. We seek a Senior Implementation Specialist to guide new and existing brands as they join the Olo Platform and expand their tech stack.

You will collaborate with Product, Support, and Leadership teams to drive successful implementations, train customers, and optimize adoption across ecosystems.

This role is fully remote within the UK, with on-call requirements and potential non-traditional shifts to align with customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience managing customer relationships or project management.
• Experience creating excellent customer experiences and advocating for customers.
• Awareness of project management practices and meeting critical deadlines.
• Experience training customers on product best practices to support performance.
• Ability to explain problems and resolutions clearly and concisely.
• Ability to interpret technical details across varying levels of complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of projects with varying complexity across product domains.
• Adapt processes to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for all stages of implementation.
• Act as a subject matter expert to guide customers through product adoption.
• Champion customer needs when working with multiple stakeholders.
