Grid Dynamics is seeking a Senior Low Latency Rust Engineer to join a High Performance Architecture team. You will design reusable frameworks and platform capabilities enabling ultra-fast electronic trading with 10-100 microsecond targets.

This hands-on role involves roughly 90% production coding, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with trading teams to modernise platforms while boosting performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ultra-low latency systems in production.
• Proven experience in Rust and Java development.
• Knowledge of electronic trading infrastructure.
• Familiarity with market data technologies and event sourcing.
• Strong performance profiling on Linux and JVM.
• Experience designing reusable frameworks.
