Bidwells is seeking a Rural Surveyor/Senior Rural Surveyor to join the Rural Diversification and Planning team in Cambridge. The role focuses on advising on diversification, planning permissions, and strategic estate management for a diverse client base including estates, farms, colleges, and landowners.

You will lead projects, develop client relationships, and identify new business opportunities while ensuring profitability and timely delivery. MRICS status or APC progression is preferred.

Formación

• Ideally MRICS qualified or working towards the RICS APC.
• Experience in Rural Diversification and Planning is desirable.
• Experience in a consultancy environment is advantageous.
• Numerate with strong business writing skills.
• Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise deadlines and workload.
• Strong networking and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out and lead a diverse range of rural development and diversification projects.
• Develop and maintain regular contact with clients and sustain long-term relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and target prospects for new work.
• Support cross-sell of other services within the firm.
• Take responsibility for profitability and timely delivery of briefs.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and share it with the team.
