G2 Legal Limited in Dumfries is seeking a Senior Rural Solicitor with 5+ PQE to advise landowners, farming clients and rural businesses on a broad range of property, agricultural and land-related matters. You will handle purchases, sales and transfers of rural property, support agricultural holdings and leasing arrangements, and contribute to business succession and future planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE with experience in rural property, agriculture or related areas.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware.

Responsibilities

• Advising landowners, farming clients and rural businesses.
• Handling purchases, sales and transfers of rural property.
• Assisting with agricultural holdings and leasing arrangements.
• Supporting clients with business succession and future planning.
