Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in Exeter is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+ year PQE to handle residential property work, including conveyancing for various property types such as manor houses, farms and woodlands. The role offers a strong client base and a people-centric culture.

The successful candidate will manage a broad conveyancing load, including high-value properties, while maintaining excellent service to clients.

Qualifications

• To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive.
• This role can be offered from 1yr PQE+.
• Those with a background in either residential property or commercial property are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Act for clients in a broad range of property work including buying, selling and mortgaging all manner of property.
• This will include usual conveyancing as well as manor houses, farms and woodlands.
• You will also work on higher value properties.
